What types of care do you offer?

How do you select and train your caregivers?
Our caregivers are carefully selected based on both their qualifications and their personalities. We choose caregivers that are warm, open and easy to get along with, so you can build a relationship with them as soon as they come into your life. They also receive specialised training on our person-centred approach to care and have a Certificate III in Individual Support.
Can I choose my caregiver?
Yes, we carefully match you with a caregiver based on your interests, preferences, and care needs to make sure you have a genuine connection with them. But, of course, if you’d like to request a specific caregiver, we’ll do our best to arrange it for you.
